- Branch Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to company policies.
- Team Handling & Development: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of insurance agents and support staff. Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
- Revenue Generation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed branch revenue targets. Monitor and drive sales performance through regular analysis and feedback.
- Agency Channel Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with agency business partners to enhance collaboration and maximize sales opportunities.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in branch management within the life insurance sector.
- Proven track record of revenue generation and team management.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and agency distribution channels.
