Branch Manager – Agency Sales

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Branch Manager – Agency Sales to lead the branch’s agency team. The role involves recruiting and developing agency managers and advisors, driving branch-level sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer and agent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall branch operations and drive sales through the agency channel
Recruit, train, and lead Agency Managers and support their advisor teams
Ensure achievement of sales targets and agent activation goals
Monitor performance and provide field support to agency managers and advisors
Plan local sales strategies and promotional activities
Ensure high standards of compliance, documentation, and customer service
Prepare and share performance reports with higher management
Develop a strong, stable, and productive agency network within the branch territory

Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate
Minimum 2–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or BFSI
Experience in team handling and branch operations is required
Strong leadership and field management skills
Knowledge of the local market and agency channel preferred
