Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall branch operations, customer service, and business development.
• Drive sales targets for CASA, insurance, loans, and other financial products.
• Manage and mentor branch staff, ensuring performance and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and local market visibility.
• Oversee cash management, daily transactions, and customer escalations.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/BCom/BBA preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail/branch banking
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Proven track record in business growth and branch profitability
