Job Description

Hiring: Branch Manager – Branch Banking
Location: Valsad
Experience: 1+ Years in Banking

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead branch team and drive sales of CASA, loans, insurance
  • Ensure smooth daily branch operations and compliance
  • Manage customer relationships and service quality
  • Achieve branch-level revenue and business targets
  • Handle audits, approvals, and regulatory requirements

Eligibility:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking (team handling preferred)
  • Strong leadership and sales orientation
