Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Indore branch. You will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, managing staff, achieving revenue targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage branch staff to ensure high performance and professional development
Drive branch sales and business development initiatives to meet or exceed targets
Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, P&L, budgets, and cost controls
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and local partners
Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Implement strategies for market penetration, retention, and expansion
Coordinate with HQ for reporting, strategy, and resource allocation
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business, Finance, or related field preferred)
Proven experience (e.g. 5+ years) in branch operations, banking, financial services, retail, or similar
Previous experience in a managerial role, leading teams
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset, ability to interpret financial data and KPIs
Good knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and operations
Customer-oriented approach
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
