Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager partner to join our Agency Channel.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents or channel partners.
- Monitor agent performance and ensure regular productivity.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating quality leads.
- Explore cross-selling opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation (Any stream) – Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or direct sales.
- Proven ability in lead generation, cross-selling, and business development.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
