Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Branch Manager partner to join our Agency Channel team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Recruit and train Life Insurance Agents (Advisors).
Guide and support agents to help them generate business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
Train new joiners and coach them for consistent sales
Meet monthly and yearly sales targets given by the company.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduation (Any stream) – Mandatory
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or direct sales.
Strong field presence and people-handling skills
Local language fluency preferred (Marathi/Hindi)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
