Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by identifying and converting potential customers.
- Promote and sell company products/services within the branch region.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
- Assist walk-in customers at the branch with queries and product information.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly branch sales targets.
- Support branch manager in executing sales campaigns and local marketing activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM/records.
Qualifications Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field .
- 2 years of experience in sales (banking/insurance/retail preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with problem-solving ability.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
