Job Description
The Branch Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by building strong relationships with bank staff and customers at designated branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of life insurance products within assigned bank branches.
- Support branch staff in identifying and engaging potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HDFC Life within the branch, addressing queries and providing support.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process and timely policy issuance for new customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in business development and sales leadership
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics
- Two wheeler
- Age: 21 to 38 year old
