Job Description

Drive CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships. Focus on acquiring new customers, cross-selling value-added products, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition:

  • Actively source and acquire new customers for CASA products.
  • Identify and cultivate potential customer segments.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and financial goals.
  • Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Sales & Cross-Selling:

  • Achieve CASA acquisition and cross-selling targets.
  • Promote and sell a range of bank products, including loans, investments, and insurance.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.

Business Development:

  • Contribute to branch-level business development initiatives.
  • Participate in local community events and networking activities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or banking.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
