Job Description
Drive CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships. Focus on acquiring new customers, cross-selling value-added products, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition:
- Actively source and acquire new customers for CASA products.
- Identify and cultivate potential customer segments.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and financial goals.
- Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Sales & Cross-Selling:
- Achieve CASA acquisition and cross-selling targets.
- Promote and sell a range of bank products, including loans, investments, and insurance.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.
Business Development:
- Contribute to branch-level business development initiatives.
- Participate in local community events and networking activities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or banking.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
