Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee branch‑level sales operations of life insurance products
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key influencers
Coach and mentor Relationship Managers to achieve branch targets
Drive new business through field visits, referrals and local networking
Monitor branch performance and implement corrective actions as needed
Candidate Profile:
Graduation is mandatory; advanced certifications
1–4 years of experience in life insurance or BFSI sales
Proven ability to manage teams and deliver on sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation and people‑management skills
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently
