The Branch Relationship Officer is responsible for building strong customer relationships, promoting banking products, and driving branch sales. The role involves customer service, cross-selling, and ensuring compliance with bank policies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage customer accounts.
- Cross-sell banking and third-party products (CASA, loans, insurance).
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.
- Meet sales and service targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 0-2+ Years Of sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a Local Candidate.
