Job Opening: Branch Relationship Officer (BRO)
Location: Valsad
CTC: ₹2.39 – ₹3.50 LPA + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with walk-in and existing branch customers
• Cross-sell banking products: Savings Accounts, FDs, Insurance, Credit Cards, Loans
• Assist in account opening, documentation, and KYC process
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries
• Support branch in achieving monthly sales and service targets

Qualification:

• Graduate (any stream); MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory
• Good communication skills (local language + Hindi/English)
• Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in sales or banking preferred
• Customer-centric approach and willingness to work in a target-driven environment
