Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Drive branch sales targets across all product lines (Liabilities, Assets, Insurance, etc.)
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve business objectives
Monitor and improve branch operational efficiency and service quality
Ensure adherence to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance
Act as the key point of contact for customer escalations and service issues
Candidate Profile:
Graduation (mandatory); Post-Graduation/MBAs preferred
Proven experience in branch banking operations and team handling
Strong knowledge of financial products and customer service standards
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
