Job Title: Branch Sales Executive – Banking

Job Summary:
As a Branch Sales Executive, you will play a key role in acquiring and managing customer relationships by selling banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts (CASA), and loan products. You will work closely with the branch team to meet sales targets and provide customers with tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Customer Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential customers for opening accounts and selling financial products.
– Sales Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for products such as CASA, loans, and other banking services.
– Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.
– Field Sales: Conduct field visits and in-person meetings with customers to close deals and provide product demonstrations.
– Cross-Sell and Upsell: Actively identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products like insurance, loans, credit cards, etc., to existing clients.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
Skills:Good communication and persuasive selling skills.
Other:Local candidates are preferred for this position.
A bike or vehicle is necessary.
