Job Summary:
The Branch Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new customers for the bank and selling banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, loans, and other financial services. The role involves meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Roles:
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new customers by promoting the bank’s products and other financial services.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet individual and team sales goals set by the branch.
- Cross-Selling: Upsell other banking products such as credit cards, loans, insurance, and investment services to existing and new customers.
- Customer Support: Ensure prompt and professional handling of customer queries, addressing their banking needs.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential leads and customers to close sales.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation for all customer transactions while adhering to the bank’s policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales.
- Skills:Excellent communication and selling skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Basic understanding of banking products.
- Age requirent 21 to 32.
