-Create and implement strategies to improve the agency channel, increasing sales potential and market penetration.

-Create and maintain effective communication channels with agency partners and improve performance.

-Recruit, train, and supervise a top-performing sales team, emphasizing responsibility and continual progress.

-Establish and communicate clear sales targets for the team and agency partners, while monitoring performance and offering assistance to ensure objectives are fulfilled.

Desired Candidate:

Qualification: Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
