Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Recruit Business Associate and advisors.

·         Coordinate for the regulatory training.

·         Conduct daily, weekly and monthly advisors’ meetings

·         Income and goal-setting exercise for the month.

·         Join field work along with advisors to source insurance policies.

·         Strategic planning to target the right set of agents.

·         Training and development of agents.

Candidate Requirement:

· Age: 22 to 37 Years.

·         Graduation in any stream.

·         Mini. 2 Years in sales and Marketing

·         attractive personality and good communication skills.

·         One who ready for challenges.

·         Candidate have stay in current location for more than 3 years.
