Job Description

We’re looking for a Sales Specialist who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities :

– Drive sales performance and meet business targets.

– Scheduling meetings or demos for sales reps or account executives.

– Collaborating with marketing to align messaging and lead generation campaigns.

– Maintaining and updating lead databases.

– Sales & Business Development: Create and put into action plans to increase sales.

Candidate profile :

– Required Experience: Minimum experience of 2 + Years in Any Sales & Marketing

– Candidate should be comfortable working through Direct Sourcing

– Educational Qualification: Any Graduate

– Location: Candidate must be a locality
