Hiring: Branch Sales Officer – Banking Sector
Location: Anand, Gujarat
Department: Retail Sales

Role Summary:
We are hiring Branch Sales Officers to drive customer acquisition for retail banking products including Current & Savings Accounts (CASA), Loans, Insurance, and Third-party Products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers through field sales and leads
• Promote and sell CASA and other banking products
• Conduct cold calls, field visits & promotional activities
• Ensure KYC compliance and documentation
• Meet monthly sales targets assigned by the branch

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate (any stream)
• 1–2 years of field sales experience (banking/finance preferred)
• Good communication in Gujarati & Hindi
• Freshers with strong sales intent can also apply
