Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Branch Sales Officer to join our growing BFSI team in Nagpur. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cross-selling banking/insurance products, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Achieve assigned sales targets for financial products.
Handle walk-in customers and provide excellent banking service.
Actively source new business through field visits, references, and cold calling.
Ensure KYC compliance and proper documentation.
Coordinate with branch operations team for smooth customer onboarding.
Build strong long-term relationships with customers.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any stream
Minimum 1 Year – 2 years of sales experience in BFSI preferred
Good communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel locally and meet clients
Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English
