Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-oriented Branch Sales Officer to drive business growth by sourcing new customers, cross-selling financial products, and building strong client relationships within the branch. This is a field-intensive role, ideal for candidates who thrive in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers through field visits and lead generation
Cross-sell banking and financial products to walk-in and existing customers
Achieve branch-level sales targets consistently
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support
Ensure compliance with internal and external sales regulations
Collaborate with branch team to deliver a seamless customer experience
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in BFSI
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
