Job Summary:
As a Branch Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales of banking products, primarily focusing on customer acquisition, cross-selling, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires meeting sales targets while ensuring compliance with bank policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Bring in new customers for the bank’s products like Savings Accounts, Current Accounts (CASA), and other financial services
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly or quarterly sales goals set by the bank.
- Cross-Selling: Sell additional products like loans, insurance, credit cards, or mutual funds to existing customers.
- Documentation: Complete paperwork and update systems for new accounts and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory policies.
- Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, competition, and new opportunities to attract customers.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Skills:Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle sales targets and work under pressure.
- Age 21 to 32 required.
