Branch service manager

Job Description

We are seeking for experience branch service manager for our team!

Responsibilities:-

• Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Manage and mentor branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and branch efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.

Candidate requirements:-

• Candidate should be local.
• Candidate should have experience in field sales and marketing of insurance/BFSI
• Age :- 21-38 years
