Job Description
Our company is seeking for Branch Service Representative who is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling daily banking transactions, and assisting customers with their banking needs!
Responsibilities:-
- Greet and assist customers with their banking needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on bank products and services.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Assist in promotional activities and campaigns to drive product uptake.
Candidate requirements:-
- + 2 years of experience in field sales and marketing of insurance/ BFSI
- Any graduate / post graduate
- Any local candidate
- Age :- 21 -38 years
