About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Directly connect with potential customers through self-sourcing and references
Offer tailored insurance solutions based on client needs
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Represent the brand with professionalism and trust
Candidate Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (Life Insurance/BFSI preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a customer-first mindset
