Job Description
• Establishing a solid relationship with the sales staff of the Bank channel partners.
• Achieving sales targets based on channel strategy.
• Meeting with prospective customers and selling insurance products through the channel sales team.
• Providing pre- and post-sales support (such as claim settlement).
• Train all banking partners in the branch on regulatory requirements and goods.
• Plan for branch activation using available enablers to boost penetration in active branches, allowing the bank partner to reach its maximum potential in the particular location.
• Help banking partners pitch items to key customers and close sales.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
• Ensuring business quality and sustainability
Desired Candidate:
Qualification: Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
