Roles And Responsibilities:

• Ensuring assigned and generated targets are achieved

• Responsible for target and MS to maintain business standards

• Managing a team of agents to achieve business objectives

• Overseeing team operations, building and managing relationships with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Responsible for training and development of agents to achieve business goals

• Conducting regular team meetings and reviews to ensure team performance

• Coordinating with branch and regional managers to align strategies with organizational goals

• Implementing and monitoring compliance and regulatory requirements
