Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Associate – Insurance to help grow our insurance business. You will be responsible for finding new clients, building strong relationships, and promoting insurance products that meet customer needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable insurance solutions.
- Present and explain insurance products in a simple and clear way.
- Follow up with leads and close sales to meet business targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
