CTC: ₹3.75 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA + Performance Incentives

Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate, you will identify new business opportunities, build client connections, and support revenue growth through direct outreach and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities 
.Research and identify potential clients or markets
.Pitch products/services to prospects via calls, meetings, or digital platforms
.Schedule demos and coordinate with internal teams for closures
.Maintain records of client interactions and updates in CRM
.Achieve set targets and contribute to business expansion

Candidate Requirements 
.Bachelor’s degree in any stream
.1–2 years of experience in sales or business development
.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
.Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset
