Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our growth team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calls, emails, inbound inquiries, and networking
- Pitch relevant products or services based on client needs and pain points
- Convert leads into meetings, product demos, or direct sales closures
- Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing customers
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) for effective client delivery
- Track pipeline activity using CRM tools and generate sales performance reports
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback
- Meet weekly/monthly targets related to leads, conversions, and revenue
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct channel minimum 1 year experience in sales + 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization
