Job Summary:

We are hiring a motivated Business Development Associate to help grow our insurance business. The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting sales efforts to achieve business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients to promote insurance products.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and field visits.
• Support the sales team in meeting business development targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Understand client needs and suggest suitable insurance solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing and service.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
