Job Description

The Business Development Executive/Manager in the BFSI sector is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth across banking, and insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities across retail, corporate, and institutional clients.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies for BFSI products, including loans, insurance, investments, and digital banking solutions.
  • Expand the customer base through lead generation, cold calls, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments in BFSI.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 2–6 years of experience in business development
  • Strong knowledge of BFSI products
  • Excellent communication
  • Strong analytical skills
