Job Description

The Business Development Champion  is responsible for managing and nurturing high-value client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving client satisfaction and retention. This role involves strategic account management, business development, and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep detailed records of client information in the CRM, including contacts, call notes, quotes, and email communications.
  • Create and execute strategic business plans to meet sales objectives.
  • Effectively promote products and services on social media to boost brand awareness and attract leads.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Proven experience in relationship management.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Required experience minimum 2year or above.
