Job Title : Business Development Executive

Location: Hassan
CTC: ₹3,00,000 to ₹3,45,000 per annum + Incentives

Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our high-performing sales team.

Job Role:

  • Meet people and talk to them about our products/services.
  • Find and bring in new customers for the company.
  • Help grow the business by meeting monthly targets.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.
  • Visit different areas in and around Hassan to find sales opportunities.
  • Keep records of your daily work and report to your manager.
  • Learn about the company’s products and explain them clearly to customers.

Who Can Apply:

  • Graduates in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.).
  • Freshers or people with 1–2 years of sales experience.
  • Good at talking to people and making connections.
  • Interested in fieldwork and willing to travel nearby areas.
  • Must have basic knowledge of using a smartphone and apps.

  • Confidence in speaking with new people
  • Basic sales or marketing knowledge
