Job Summary: 

A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization. Their role plays a strategic role in expanding the customer base and creating long-term value for the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, calling, visits, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Qualify leads based on business potential and readiness to buy.
  • Present and promote the company’s products/services to prospective customers.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
  • Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
  • Preferred local candidate.

Relevant Skills:

  • Ability to understand market dynamics and identify new opportunities
  • Competitor analysis and customer profiling
  • Ability to pitch, persuade, and close deals
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles and buyer behavior
