Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding a network of channel partners (distributors, resellers, agents, or affiliates) to drive sales growth and market penetration
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with channel partners.
- Track partner performance through sales data, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Regularly review results and provide feedback or intervention where necessary.
- Provide partners with product knowledge, sales training, and marketing support.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, or in-person training sessions.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the channel network.
- Support partners in capturing new business segments and verticals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing (any field) required.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
