Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding a network of channel partners (distributors, resellers, agents, or affiliates) to drive sales growth and market penetration

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with channel partners.
  • Track partner performance through sales data, forecasts, and KPIs.
  • Regularly review results and provide feedback or intervention where necessary.
  • Provide partners with product knowledge, sales training, and marketing support.
  • Conduct workshops, webinars, or in-person training sessions.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the channel network.
  • Support partners in capturing new business segments and verticals.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing (any field) required.
  • Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
  • Preferred local candidate.
