Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead and scale our sales development team. This role is crucial in building the sales pipeline through lead generation, qualification, and nurturing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the team to achieve lead generation and qualification goals.
  • Develop and implement scalable outreach strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with target buyer personas and outreach strategies.
  • Define key performance metrics (KPIs) for lead generation and track team performance.
  • Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews to enhance SDR effectiveness.
  • Eligibility Criteria: 
  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience (Any Field)
  • Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Preferred local candidate
  • Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization
