Location:  Visakhapatnam
Job Type: Full-Time  
CTC: ₹3.2 – ₹3.7 LPA + Incentives 

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales Executive to handle customer sales for life insurance products. The role involves meeting clients, understanding their needs, and helping them choose the right policy. Preference will be given to candidates familiar with the local market.

Responsibilities: 

  • Meet customers and explain policy options
  • Generate leads through field visits and referrals
  • Complete application forms and assist with KYC
  • Ensure policy issuance and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain daily activity and follow-up logs
  • Achieve assigned monthly targets

Requirements: 

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with daily fieldwork
  • Target-driven and disciplined
  • Local candidate preferred
