Job Description 
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our Agency Channel team.

 Roles & Responsibilities:  

  • Set clear sales targets for your team and provide guidance and support to ensure achievement.
  • Ensure your advisors priorities customer needs and deliver exceptional service, providing the right financial solutions.
  • Maintain sales data and provide regular performance reports.
  • Train new joiners and coach them for consistent sales
  • Conduct regular field visits and support agents in client meetings.
  • Conduct field visits and assist in closing major deals

 Qualification & Experience:  

  • Graduation (Any stream) – Mandatory
  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or direct sales.
  • Leadership skills to drive a team towards business goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
