Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our Agency Channel team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Set clear sales targets for your team and provide guidance and support to ensure achievement.
- Ensure your advisors priorities customer needs and deliver exceptional service, providing the right financial solutions.
- Maintain sales data and provide regular performance reports.
- Train new joiners and coach them for consistent sales
- Conduct regular field visits and support agents in client meetings.
- Conduct field visits and assist in closing major deals
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation (Any stream) – Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or direct sales.
- Leadership skills to drive a team towards business goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
