Job Description 
Join us as a Business Development Executive and take charge of building a strong and productive advisor team. You will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and guiding advisors to achieve sales excellence while driving the company’s growth.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new insurance advisors
  • Develop sales plans and assign targets for your team
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and skill development
  • Organize regular team meetings and motivational sessions
  • Build strong team culture to ensure high productivity and retention

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduation (Mandatory)
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales or marketing (any sector)
  • Strong people management and mentoring skills
  • Good local market knowledge
  • Excellent communication and leadership qualities
