Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Recruit, train, and manage a network of distributors/retailers.
• Achieve sales growth by expanding retail presence in assigned territory.
• Conduct promotional activities and support retailers with product knowledge.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely delivery.
• Track competitor activities and suggest strategies to increase market share.

Skills Required: 

• 1–3 years of experience in channel sales or FMCG/consumer goods sales.
• Strong people management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to plan and execute sales campaigns effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in local language
