Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new insurance agents.
  • Train and guide agents to improve their sales skills.
  • Motivate agents to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.
  • Monitor agent performance and provide feedback.
  • Ensure company rules and industry guidelines are followed.
  • Work with other teams to improve sales and support agents.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and relationship-building ability.
