Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new insurance agents.
- Train and guide agents to improve their sales skills.
- Motivate agents to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.
- Monitor agent performance and provide feedback.
- Ensure company rules and industry guidelines are followed.
- Work with other teams to improve sales and support agents.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and relationship-building ability.
