Drive sales through the Direct Channel for insurance products by managing a sales team, acquiring customers, and achieving assigned targets in the Bangalore market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate business through Direct Channel sales
  • Lead, train, and monitor the sales team
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Track performance and identify growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 3–9 years of sales or business development experience (insurance preferred)
  • Proven record of target achievement and team handling
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and drive growth
