Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business through Direct Channel sales
- Lead, train, and monitor the sales team
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Track performance and identify growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 3–9 years of sales or business development experience (insurance preferred)
- Proven record of target achievement and team handling
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and drive growth
