Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.
Roles:
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and business pitches to promote company products/services.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and meet business development objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to operations teams.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales or BFSI
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities.
- Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently.
