Profile: Business Development Executive
The competitive compensation package of up to 3.25 LPA + incentives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors.
- Identified the training needs of the agent and work with trainers to improve the same.
- Delivering consistent sales output utilizing management.
- Monitoring capabilities and improving agent productivity and retention.
- Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
- Monitoring and follow-up process for driving sales through advisors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in on-field sales functions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Must be a resident for at least 3-5 years.
