Our role is to find, develop, and assist insurance agents in selling our products. Among your duties are to locate and recruit new agents.

Responsibilities:

Cultivate and manage key client and partner relationships.

Identify and seize new business opportunities in the region.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on regional initiatives.

Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategies.

Organize client events and meetings to boost engagement.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 4.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
