Roles and Responsibilities :

– To develop relationships with the Bank that are mutually beneficial and help in client acquisition.

– Handling objections and complaints and promptly handling them.

– Create a marketing plan to achieve sales goal

– Find cross-selling opportunities for current clients.

– Ensuring agents are motivated and building a long-term connect between the agents and the company.

– Monitoring key competition developments and ensuring the flow of information to the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile :

– Must be graduate or (12th plus 3-year valid diploma is also acceptable).

– 2+ yrs. of field sales experience.

– Industries can be tapped (Telecom, Life insurance, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles, Real Estate)

– Must required sound network

Required Skills:

– Excellent communication skills.

– Good leadership and people skills.
