Business Development Executive
OVERVIEW-
The Business Development Executive role is responsible for driving insurance sales and managing relationships with agents, brokers, or agencies to grow the company’s market share and revenue.
KEY ROLES-
- Identify and recruit independent or captive agents and agencies to sell insurance products.
- Provide continuous support and training to agents, helping them stay informed about new product offerings and industry trends.
- Set sales targets for agents, track their progress, and ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Assist agents in conducting market analysis and identifying new business opportunities.
- Respond to queries from agents and offer solutions to any challenges they may encounter during the sales process.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION-
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of experience in sales
- Age 21-38
- Strong communication
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
