Business Development Executive

OVERVIEW-

The Business Development Executive role is responsible for driving insurance sales and managing relationships with agents, brokers, or agencies to grow the company’s market share and revenue.

 

KEY ROLES-

  • Identify and recruit independent or captive agents and agencies to sell insurance products.
  • Provide continuous support and training to agents, helping them stay informed about new product offerings and industry trends.
  • Set sales targets for agents, track their progress, and ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  • Assist agents in conducting market analysis and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Respond to queries from agents and offer solutions to any challenges they may encounter during the sales process.

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION-

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales
  • Age 21-38
  • Strong communication
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
