Job Description

This role in involves sourcing, mentoring, and leading a team to promote life insurance policies. Success in this role is measured through client acquisition, retention, and sales performance.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Achieving sales goals, managing relationships, and acquiring new clients are the main priorities of the role.
• Identifying and onboarding insurance advisors is one of the roles and responsibilities.
• Sales & Business Development: Create and put into action plans to increase sales.
• Performance management: Encourage and assist in order to increase output.

Profile of the required candidate:

• Qualification: Graduate.
• Experience: Two or more years in any sales-related field .
• Age range: 21 years old to 38 years old .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Two-wheeled. It has to be local.
